Where Can We Find You? 
We get this question a lot. 
We are not your average ice cream truck roaming the streets. We spend the majority of our time Catering Events. Birthdays, Weddings and Corporate Events make up a majority of our schedule. We also do School Fundraisers, Concerts and Community events. Typically when we are going to be at a public event we will post it on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram We encourage you to follow us.  
How Do We Book You For An Event?
The Best way to inquire about booking an event is using a contact form found on our website. We do our best to reply within 24 hours and in most cases within just a couple of hours. While we love social media, messaging us via social media generally is the slowest way to get a reply. All bookings are done in writing so we do not book over the phone. 
Are you Insured?
Yes we are fully insured with a $2 million dollar business policy. Our trucks also carry a $300,000 auto policy.  If you venue requires $1m auto policy we are no the vendor for you.
Can I Book You For A Party at The Beach?
We get this question all the time. The majority of San Diego Beaches have strict ordinances prohibiting Ice Cream Trucks. Some beach areas will allow ice cream trucks to cater an event, however, the catering permit for the day is generally too costly to make it feasible. Please contact the venue directly to find out the requirements. 
Can I Book You For A City Park? Please Note due to COVID Restrictions many parks are not issuing permits for Ice Cream Trucks, Caterers, Jump Houses or Petting Zoos. If your event is within a Park please contact them to ensure  they are currently allowing ice cream trucks.

Similar to beaches most parks require a catering permit. We CAN NOT just roll in and serve your group and leave. While we know the rules for many parks, you are ultimately responsible for getting permission and any necessary permits. If they require insurance or our health permits we are happy to provide them. Any fees you would be responsible for.
What’s On Your Menu?
We have a diverse menu that has something for everyone. All of our products are prepackaged. We have all of your childhood favorites like Bomb Pops, Strawberry Shortcake and Character Faces. We regularly have a menu of about 35 items. We have found this to be a great number as we can cover almost all tastes while ensuring our product is always fresh.
Do You Have Dairy Free, Vegan and Gluten Free Options?
We try to ensure we have something for everyone. The majority of our menu is gluten free. We have well over a dozen options for dairy free. We do carry plant based that are vegan (and I might add delicious) We do not currently have a sugar free option, however we do have no sugar added or sweetened with agave.  
How Much Does It Cost To Have You At My Event?
The Million Dollar Question! I wish I could give you an estimate right now, but what I can say is catered events start at $99. Events where we are going to sell sometimes have a minimum sales requirement. Fill out one of our contact forms and we will get back to you with an estimate ASAP
How Do I Book You?
You can request our services for both private and public events via our contact forms. Event options can come in a few different forms. Fees, group rates and minimums can vary depending on specific factors. Please fill out an Event Contact form and we will be in touch to walk you through some available options. Please note a deposit is required for most bookings. 
Do You Operate Year Round?
Since we are based in San Diego we have the privilege of being able to work year round. November to February is typically our slower time. March to October we stay pretty busy.
What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash, Google Pay, Apple Pay and for some catering events even checks.
How Far In Advance Should I Book?
We accept bookings 18 months in advance. The sooner you book the more likely we will be available for your date and time. Remember your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and confirmed. March – October we are generally booked 6 months in advance. 2021 due to COVID-19 most folks are only booking 6 weeks out. It never hurts to ask, sometimes we have availability on a short notice.  If we can’t help you we know others that might be able to.
